Doherty Chartered Surveyors provide a wide range of professional survey and valuation services, and specialise in the survey and valuation of all types of residential property.

We deal with all types of period / character property, pre and post war properties, and everything up to new build / energy efficient properties.

In many ways, we act as something of a “satellite navigation system” for clients, as we guide them gently, through the complexities of property transactions.

We act for private clients, property investors, developers and large corporate clients, and are frequently invited to provide professional consultancy services, to other firms of Chartered Surveyors.

Our knowledge and professional experience are frequently called upon by law firms, who request that we prepare expert witness submissions ( which include independent, impartial and unbiased evidence ) to assist the court in matrimonial property matters.

We provide clients with clear and impartial advice, based on a thorough property inspection, detailed market analysis, and carefully considered valuation.
